Terms and Conditions of The Tapetrip Merch Online Store

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using The Tapetrip Merch online store, available at www.thetapetrip.com/merch.

1.2. The owner of the online store named The Tapetrip Merch is located in Warsaw, Poland.

1.3. You can contact the store via email at merch@thetaperip.com. Additionally, you can use the contact form on our website for written correspondence, which retains the date and time of communication.

1.4. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the following legal acts shall apply:

  • The Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002;
  • The Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014;
  • The Civil Code of April 23, 1964;
  • Other relevant provisions of Polish law.

3. Order Placement Rules

3.1. Orders can be placed in the store 24/7 through the website.

3.2. To place an order, the Customer should add selected products to the cart and then complete the order form.

3.3. The Customer may create an account in the store or make a purchase without registration. Both registered and non-registered Customers have the right to place orders.

3.4. Email verification is required before an order can be processed. Both registered and non-registered Customers are required to verify the email address.

3.5. The Seller will confirm receipt of the order via email, which will include all relevant details of the order, a withdrawal form, and the terms and conditions containing information on the right of withdrawal.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

4.1. All prices displayed on the website are net prices (excluding VAT) and are expressed in USD.

4.2. Sales are conducted exclusively within the European Union, and tax is added at the order page.

4.3. Sales are conducted exclusively to countries within the European Union, and tax is added on the order page.

4.4. Prices are individually adjusted based on promotions or discounts, but no automated decision-making is used to adjust prices.

4.5. The Customer can choose the following online payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay.

4.6. The Customer must pay the order value before the order is processed. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received.

5. Delivery and Order Fulfillment

5.1. Orders are shipped from an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

5.2. Usually, the order is processed within 6-12 days, after which it is shipped. Delivery time depends on the Customer’s location and is as follows:

  • European Union: 6-12 business days

5.3. The delivery time includes both the time needed to prepare the product and the time required by the courier to deliver the package.

5.4. If the order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, the Customer should:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered, please contact us at merch@thetaperip.com with your order number.

5.5. Shipping costs are determined during the order placement process.

5.6. Products are shipped within the European Union via courier service.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller of their decision via email at merch@thetapetrip.com.

6.3. The returned product must be in its original, undamaged condition and packaging.

6.4. If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Seller shall refund the value of the product along with the delivery costs using the same payment method used by the Customer unless the Customer has expressly agreed to another refund method without additional costs.

6.5. The Customer bears the cost of returning the product to the Seller.

7. Complaints and Warranties

7.1. We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at merch@thetaperip.com including details of the defect and proof of purchase, within 14 days of receiving the order.

7.4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 business days.

7.5. Unclaimed packages are returned to our fulfillment partner, and the Customer bears the costs of reshipping.

7.8. If the Customer withdraws from the contract due to a complaint, the Seller shall refund the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of its return.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1. The administrator of Customers’ personal data is the owner of The Tapetrip Merch online store.

8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations to fulfill orders and provide services.

8.3. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data.

9. Copyright

9.1. All materials published in the online store, such as texts, graphics, and logos, are protected by copyright.

9.2. Copying and distributing content without the Seller’s consent is prohibited.
